yesterday we tried a new recipe for dinner: salmon with a sesame crust, carrots and some seaweed. An energy boost on your plate!!
You cook the vegetables all together while adding some olive oil and lemon juice (not too much!! ).If you like you can add some soy sauce to the vegetables for a salty flavour (I really like that 😉 )
To make sure the sesame seeds stick to the salmon filet, you rub some egg white on to the salmon. Afterwards you grill the salmon just for a little minute on each side.
