I’m home for two weeks, now that it’s springbreak, so I have a loooot of time to cook. Today I made a salad (again) with salmon, humus and some spring onion. As side dish I made some sweet potato fries. Very easy: you just cut the potato in pieces and cover them with olive oil. Add some pepper and salt and put them in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. (You just need to see for yourself how soft you want them). When they’re ready I add some sea salt, spring onion and sesame sead. DONE!
